Weekly Goals

Options
Every week will all make 2 healthy goals.

1st Goal - Something that you will DO/HAVE each day of the week to be a healthier you

2nd Goal - Something that you will NOT do/have each day of the week in order to be a healthier you


Hopefully some of you will decide to maintain your goals even past our 7 day challenges, but at least make a conscious effort for the week and post it below!

Note: You get ONE cheat day a week, but this does NOT mean that you get to eat poorly all day. It means that you get to cheat a LITTLE bit on one day of the week.

    GOAL FOR JULY 15TH-22ND

    1st Goal
    - I will drink a gallon of water every day

    2nd Goal
    - I will not eat bread for a week

    LAST WEEK
    Last week my goal was to not have fried foods for a week. I kept it perfectly, actually and I was really proud of myself. My other goal was to have fruit everyday. I did not do so well with that one. I did eat veggies everyday, but I slacked with the fruit.

    2nd Goal: I am choosing not to eat candy in general.

    my 1st goal is to eat at least 6 fruits or vegetables through the week

    my second goal is to not eat a footlong from subway for this whole week.
