I like this. Sometimes we have a stereotype of "athlete". Sometimes we think only fit people should workout and be active, and even worse we narrow fit and athletics into a small box, body shape, size, ability.... Let's all show we are athletes, just by owning ourselves.

Today, I'm going to try to walk the plant and purposely take as many flights of stairs as I can find and call it "exercise" for today. I'll try to get a timer and count of flights. I know we have 8 levels in one area, 13 in another, 5, 6, 3, and 2 in several places too - so if I wanted to, I could do a LOT of stairs, lol.
Food today is going to be
Breakfast - Meal replacement shake
Lunch - Banana, whole wheat bread, 2 eggs, peas and yogurt.
Dinner - Probably something frozen and then microwaved
The peas and banana are my fruit and vegetable per my goal this week. AND I did not stop and buy breakfast this morning!
Water, I want to drink 70oz minimum. Right now I'm 10oz in and it's nearly 9am. That's actually bad given the fact I've been up since 5am...
Also, I need to do laundry and go to the store tonight as I did not get to either of those yesterday. I'm finding myself with a very busy schedule all of a sudden. I really want to go see my fiancé tonight (he's an hour and half from my apartment, an hour from work) but I don't actually have time for that if I truly want to be responsible.

I started the day so good, only to have 2 slices of pizza leftovers from last night. It seems the harder I workout the more carbs "simple carbs" I crave. On a positive note I drank more than a gallon of water. My workout was done at 5am and I did 40 minutes of cyber arc elliptical intervals, and 20 minutes of weightlifting I worked back and glutes with heavy and light weights 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Today I ate a sandwich, a salad, and two slices of pizza. In between meal snacks were, nuts, banana, apple, and a couple protein shakes.0

I ended up over eating on dinner - got too hungry and grabbed pizza for the fiance and I. (Yep, went to visit him, exhausted now). Did a number of stairs at work.
Tomorrow is going to be rest as much as I can day, along with Thursday. My ankle is making a popping sound and hurting if I stretch it forward (where knee goes forward a bit and heel stays on ground.) I'm hoping I didn't hurt it somehow.
Texas - good job on all the exercise! And the snacks and salad!
Mere144 - When are you thinking you'll have your exercise days? I know that was part of your goal and am curious if you have to plan it out or can pick as you go.0
