Ok - if no one else posts this week I'll find another place to check in. There were over 100 people in this group a few months ago.

Sorry for the break...it is a little disappointing that no one else really posts. With over 100 members you would think that we could get at least 5-10 regular posters.
with that said....I have had no loss or gain for 2 weeks.going to kick it into gear this week and hopefully start losing again!

I'm sorry for my absence and will do better. Summer is almost over and school starts August 1. When school is in session, I am more structured. I appreciate both of you for being faithful.

I do apologize for being a bad Pal in my post this morning but if I'm the only one posting I'm not helping anyone else either.
I lost the half pound that I gained last week. 3 pounds to goal and I'm doing the half pound up and down dance again.
Also, now that I'm this close I think I'd like to lose a little more. I'm not changing my original goal though, I plan to keep trying to get there and once I succeed I'll celebrate and set a second goal. I have a huge challenge ahead. I will traveling and that means eating out for 8 days. I will do the best I can :drinker:0 -
