Well i started on Monday, with the food log. It was terrible what I saw and how I eat. So today, I finally was below 1200 calories. My Diet Coke needs to go!! I need it in the morning, but do I really. No!!! Also on Monday 7/21, I begin my walking program. If anyone is interested in walking the evenings...let me know!!! It is always fun with a partner!!

Go Marie Go!!! It's sickening isn't it. When you really sit down and keep track of everything you eat it kind of slaps you in the face. That's why I love this site. It's so easy to do and it keeps track of everything for you. You can have it as an app on your phone too. AND if you add exercise, it adds calories to your daily amt. Good luck with your walks.
