Week 2 goals

Hi Guys: i struggled a bit with the first week, but i managed to lose 2 pounds. This week i am focusing on making sure i drink a lot of water. Anyone else have a goal for the week?

  • To eat more protein. I don't really care for meat a whole lot and end up being about 50 grams short a protein a day. The other day is was an astronomical 128 grams short. Carbs and veggies don't have much protein. I have been trying to incorporate egg whites into my diet everyday. Couple of yokes every couple of days. We will see how it goes. More water is good unless you work by yourself like me. Then, you can't go to the bathroom ;(. I try to just drink water when I get home and little at work.

    Hi Kelly - I couldn't resist -- I picked up 2 pairs of super fun boots at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. (I just couldn't resist!) I didn't want to buy any clothes just yet -- till I drop a size. I am still counting calories and exercising, but staying off the scale for awhile.
