                    Hi friends! I just finished week one, and I was curious what you all do on off days. Walking? Elliptical? Yoga? Nothing? Also, I have a tendency to get very tight calves when I run. What can I do on off days to combat that?

            I do some exercise DVDs on my days off
 I have a couple of Jillian Michaels ones that I like doing (no more trouble zones, and burn fat boost metabolism I think its called).
I walk most days anyways as I walk to work and back

            Hi, I go to Zumba on off days! It's a great way to stretch out those muscles. Sometimes I walk or do strength training instead, or just take a day off if I'm really beat!0

            I used to swim or cycle on my off days when I was doing C25K.
Yoga should help your flexibility though.0 - 
            In addition to running, I'm doing stronglifts. I try really hard not to run and lift on the same day but it happens sometimes. I've started swimming, too, after lifting.0

I did stronglifts for a while but I fell out of the habit. I'm a little nervous about going back to it while starting running though.
