Congratulations! You have made it to the final week of the 30 Minute to Fit Summer Fitness Challenge! Only 7 more days to go. I hope you are feeling better and stronger than ever before. This week’s education is on breaking through the plateau that can sometimes stop our improvement and kill our momentum. Don’t be discouraged – everyone will hit a plateau at some point when committing long term to change. Staying focused and changing up your workouts is the best way to break through it. Stay strong and determined these last few days. You can do it!
