Interpreting Trends - Body fat vs lean mass

I broke my foot about 4 months ago, all my workout pretty much went to sh*. These body fat percentages above are based upon caliper measures and 4 different body fat algorithms. Today, I weigh about 7 pounds more than i did in December but my body fat is signficantly higher and the tape and caliper measurement were a bit higher.
So, does that mean my caloric intake has maintained a weight of 270ish but my lack of activity has led to increased fat? The lean weight seems to be pretty consistent throughout.

yes, i think, it's like trial and error with images.

Obviously accounting for some measurement error, I would simply interpret this such that you've gained some fat over the time period while approximately maintaining lean mass.0
