Hi Guys
I thought it would be good to share our favourite keto/low carb blogs and websites?
Here's some of mine:
http://garytaubes.com/ (this guy is The Daddy, and convinced me to go low carb way back when)
http://www.ruled.me/ (a good keto blog with lots of info and tips. You can download Craig's e-books for free or make a donation)
http://www.drperlmutter.com/ (the author of 'Grain Brain'. If you haven't read the book, i'd highly recommend it!)
http://profgrant.com/ (Professor of Public Health at Auckland Uni)
http://www.dietdoctor.com/ ( I think this guy is Norwegian - feel free to correct me! Norway, Sweden and Denmark are light years ahead when it comes to low carb)
http://authoritynutrition.com/ ( A Danish medical student called Kris Gunnar. He is simply awesome IMO)
And some great stuff is available on Youtube. I revisit these when i'm having a wobble and tempted to eat carbs!
Dr Robert Lustig - The Skinny on Obesity
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM
For something lighter, but no less hard-hitting, I love Fathead - a documentary produced by an an American comedian called Tom Naughton (it also happens to blast SuperSize me out of the water too!)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs
So what are you reading and watching? I'd love to see!

Mmmm...bullet proof coffee! My colleagues who are following point-counting type diets look at me in absolute horror when I have this at work! Guess who ain't ravenously hungry when the biscuits get passed round though... x0 -

www.ibreatheimhungry.com
And a great community: www.reddit.com/r/keto0 -
