Hi! I started Slim in 6 on Sunday. Once I get myself up from this bed, I will complete my 3rd SI6 workout this week.

I love the workout. Debbie Siebers is really clear and the pacing is good. The workout is a challenge for the first time, especially those arms/legs combination moves. But, like she says during the workout, you will get stronger.

I have done SI6 before. I made it to the end of the 4th week and then I gave up. This time I am determined to finish strong. I intend to complete 2 rounds of SI6 alone, and on my second round incorporate her other workouts that came with the DVD.

Now, about being a serial dieter, if I were you, I'd totally give up on diets. They don't work. Instead, set the intention to change your lifestyle to be one that incorporates movement/activity, and use your diary to track your food.

The way I did it was the first week and a half, I did not modify my food intake at all. I ate the way I always did so that I could get an honest look at how many calories I was consuming. I was shocked by how many calories I was eating - and even moreso by how much sodium I was consuming. That was a wake up call, and it was easy to see how I was able to gain weight so quickly.

I have not stopped eating my favorite foods, I simply reduce my serving sizes. I am now eating a low amount of calories a day, but I don't feel deprived.

Best of luck to you!! I know that you can do it!
