I thought it might be easier to read posts if we start a new one everyday. What do you think. That way we don't have to leaf through so many blogs that we have already read.

Sounds fine with me. Though I'm a little OCD so I'll probably always go back and check in with anything that's been updated. lol

Well, migraine or no, I still did Turbo Jam 20 min. and Ab Jam 20 min. and took my dog for her evening walk. My migraine ended up going away! I don't understand how it happened but am glad it did.
I am glad people like the daily logs. If everyone writes only on it, we shouldn't have to look at the other sites.
It really is easier to look at just one spot. Hope everyone had a good workout today.

yes.....daily thread......great idea! I am finding that my change in attitude (to make myself and my health a priority) is having far reaching results. We are going to visit my daughter in Montana in August. I talked with her today and told her that eating healthy was a top priority for me as was exercising every day. So we are planning some hiking in the mountains and making food to eat that will be healthy and easily available. And of course going out to eat whenever we want too. I am a salad lover, so never get tired of that. And they have mostly independently owned restaurants that are extremely good quality, so looking forward to a HEALTHY and self caring vacation!! p.s. Lydia way to go with working out even with a migraine. Do you think that is what nipped it in the bud?0
