I've earned calories through exercise. I've purposely underestimated the burn to compensate for dodgey math, etc.
When on keto, am I supposed to eat those back or is it ok to just leave it?
Thankies.

I used to eat back my calories but wasn't losing much weight. I've stopped eating them back recently & I'm seeing a drop in weight now. Others say its ok but keto or not I still think you need to have a calorie deficit to see a change in the scale and I think, allowing for human error, how we track calories burned & eaten can be off so unless you are exercising a lot, I wouldn't eat them back, at least not all of them.0

I don't eat back because my macros are figured to include the exercise.0

Thanks.
I've got a 15 -20% deficit in place as it is, so I'll let hunger be my guide.0
