It's Friday! This feels like a long week, but let's get through it!
Time for today's challenge!
Today I want everyone to try some strength training! I want you to do 60 (there's that number again) dumbbell rows. You don't have to use a dumbbell row, you can use a milk jug or backpack anything that you find heavy to carry. Then I want you to line up two chairs and place your left arm on one chair and your left knee on the other. Extend out your right leg and pick up the weight with your right arm. When you pick up the weight once that is one rep. I want you to do 30 reps on each arm to equal a total of 60.
7/25. Friday. Dumbbell rows. 60. 30 each arm.

Only had 25lb dumbells at the house, figured I'd do a bit more to wear myself down a bit.0 -
