Hi guys,
So I got two weeks in and the inches have fallen off but I have missed 5 days if insanity now for various reasons. I'm thinking of finishing this week by doing the "fast and furious " insanity for the remainder of the week then start week 3 on Monday. Is this the way to go do you think or should I just start again on Monday?

If you missed 5 days just pick up where you left of as long as you have been eating clean because you still have 55 more days to go. Now if you have been slacking on your diet I would say start over because your not that deep into the program. Just don't give up if you want a workout partner we can connect with each other on team beachbody and schedule our workouts for the same think. I want to see those befores and afters0
