DAILY CHALLENGE #17 (7/26)

Hello Everyone! It's Saturday!

Time for today's challenge.

Today I want everyone to everyone to do a sort of hard exersice. I want everyone to try to do squat thrusts or up downs.

You start standing up, then you put your hand on the ground while bending your knees. Next you launch your legs out to put yourself into a pushup position and do one pushup then retract your legs and spring back up.

I want you to do 30-40 of them or how ever many you can for the day! Hope some of you try this! I might repost this one later!

7/26. 30-40. Squat thrusts.

    It's like a burpie (sort of).... Except we'll be doing a push up with the squat jump. I'll do it...as well as the challenge from yesterday that I missed????.

    Challenge done! Also did an ab routine found by another MFP. 5 different core exercises. 40 seconds each(20 second rest) x 3 sets. Very doable????
