Shiritaki noodles?

Are these vegan? Does anyone use them? I bought some...

    They are because they're made of weird Asian yam stuff, and they taste really nice too :)

    I like them! The texture is a little odd but they're still good.

    Zucchini noodles beat the pants off of shirataki noodles, for sure!
    Price, taste, texture, etc... Hands down! no comparison :)

    ^^Agreed! I've tried the shirataki noodles a couple times, each in a different way. The texture is horrible. Definitely go with zucchini (or eggplant, or summer squash) noodles!

    Yes! The key is to really rinse and drain them well.
