Well I did my last of the3 challenges....but the type of exercise was a poor decision on my part!!! I decided to take the stairs at work for 15 minutes...well I made it thru 11 minutes so thank God the challenge was only for 10 minutes!! Whew...big mistake on my part....my legs were so wobbly after I did it, I almost fell over!! Although there were a total of 104 steps, I kept walking up and down them...and the last round was really tough! I set my cell phone stopwatch to go off after 15...forget it....after 11 minutes I was totally DONE!!

OK, so I met the challenge!! 3 pts !

Nancy, nice work getting all of your exercise challenges done!

I'm doing my last one in a few minutes--seated tai chi. Like yoga, tai chi is something that I really, really want to do consistently, but I think I'm just too ADD for it. I have such a difficult time trying to "still" my mind. (which, frankly, is why I need to do one of these activities). Swimming with my Mp3 player is the closest I come to meditation, or sometimes counting strokes as I swim laps. Sometimes I can just let the counting be enough to push away any other thoughts.

I'm glad to see people dive into the challenge this weekend!!!

Hahaha oh my goodness I did a 10 minute hip hop dance video from youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwYUHb1PBfc)

I was terrible but it was fun. I also couldn't help laughing at not just myself, but also the white lady on screen telling me to get funky.

Oh, Norah, bwahahahahahah! !! That has to be about the un-hippest version of hip-hop ever!

Water jogging. This isn't completely new as I kind of do it when I have the kiddo on my back, but this time I really focused on the time and kept moving. It's freaking HARD.
