One Year Out

I would post pics but I am sitting here at work. I just thought I would share my states at the year mark.
At my heaviest I was 300 pounds in Jan 2013
At the time of surgery:
Weight 276 pounds
Neck 17 inches
Waist 50 inches
Hips 53 inches
Wrist 8 inches
Shoe size 10
Currently:
Weight 201 pounds
Waist 37 inches
Hips 44 inches
Wrist 7 inches
Shoe size 9
I have not been working out. I work the overnight shift at work and I munch to help keep awake. I just got a new gym membership and I am trying to change my bad habits. I know what I need to do it is just doing it. I feel bad because I want this to work. I don't want this surgery to be for naught. I will do what I am supposed to do....but dang it is so hard sometimes.

Even though there are things that you can improve, look at the big picture . . . You are 100 pounds lighter and more healthy! Don't diminish that great accomplishment.
Now get those munches in control!
Congrats! I can't wait to see what my 1 year after surgery post will be. Watch for it in September 2015!0 -
Just had my one year check up. If you need a buddy to check in daily I'm here. The weight lose has really slowed down. Would love to have a buddy to help keep my in line.0

I was one year on July 26th. Doing well, I lost the weight the first 6 months and have been stable the second 6 months. I would like to shed 10-20 more and need to consistently apply the principles to do it. Much better this week, getting back to tracking daily has helped.0
