hello all just joined this high energy group of my age peers, lol Id be happy to help light fires here this is THE BEST age group ever!! um I say that because Im 50, when I hit 55 Im staying there till Im 75,hence why I gotta' get in shape now,lol...

    Still going strong here, almost 2 years now and about 1.5 years on MFP, shake it up!!
