Oh, I hate abs exercises so much. I think that means this would be a good thing to add to my workout! If I start today, the 30 days is also an August challenge.0

Day 3 done, plus week 3, day 2 of my 100 push ups app (which I'd gotten behind in). Before this challenge, I hadn't done sit ups in a million years, only various kinds of crunches.0
