awesome... sounds like an easy peasy place to start. I just rejoined yesterday after gaining back all the weight I had previously lost. Starting over and hoping to stick with it. August 1 is my new start date on MFP.

I'm down to try this! I'm actually in a competition with my work to log in 500 minutes of physical activity between August 4th to the 24th and since I'm a normal walker (3 miles per hour) it should be easy to reach. I used to walk 3-5 miles 5 days a week and it made me lose a lot of weight. I went from 312lbs in August 2011 to 244lbs sometime in 2012 don't remember the month but a lot of the weight came off by walking and eating right. I got into a toxi relationship which made me lose focus and I shot up to 285-290lbs again. I am back to my old workout mindset and have been getting back into form again. Good luck to all!0

So glad for this challenge. I need the motivation. I've lost about 40 pounds since the beginning of the year, but had a crazy month in July and didn't lose any.

Got 2 miles in today with Leslie Sansone. Pouring rain here all day, so used her online video to "walk at home" and get the miles in. Uses upper body too, so it's a little better burn :-)0
