Saturday, August 2 - Day 2: 55 Squats

Happy Saturday! We are now on Day 2, which means we crushed the last 50 squats and we will up it by 5!
Today we will do 55 squats!
You can mix up the type of squats you do during this challenge. You can do Plie squats, Abductor Squats, Sumo Squats, Regular Squats etc..
For those of you who would like to do different squats to work the different muscles in your legs and "buns" please send me a pm and I will send you a list and description of how to correctly do each variation
Who crushed their squats today? Post below when you have finished! There are over 60 of us in the group - we should see at least 30 members posting their squats below

55 squats done! Ran 38 minutes on the treadmill!!! I finished the runners world beginning running program a couple of weeks ago. I just keep adding a minute everyday I run. I actually can't believe I can do this!0
