Completed my 60 squats!! I just did normal squats haha0

Woke up early and did mine. Tried the split squat but my balance suck. Sticking with sumo and regular squats for now. Looking to tomorrow's challenge.0

60 squats in the books for Day 3! Tried mixing it up a little this morning with 20 goblet squats, 20 prisoner squats (10 each side) and 20 regular squats. Feeling the burn!0

My first day today, 60 normal squats done with 2lb hand weights. Will mix it up with different types of squats tomorrow.0

:bigsmile: I did 60 plie squats while walking the dogs....it's a convenient way to be sure I do them but doesn't allow me to do them with hand weights......
:flowerforyou: I walk 18.000 steps or more each day...today I worked in the yard for almost two hours and did 25 minutes of strength training while watching TV0 -

I did my squats yesterday and did some today because I forgot to put this up yesterday. I was busy building a new chain link fence for my dog. I am so not used to that kind of work...ha ha ha.0
