Congratulations on nailing these first few days! We now have reached day 3, 60 squats!

    Completed my 60 squats!! I just did normal squats haha

    Woke up early and did mine. Tried the split squat but my balance suck. Sticking with sumo and regular squats for now. Looking to tomorrow's challenge.

    60 squats in the books for Day 3! Tried mixing it up a little this morning with 20 goblet squats, 20 prisoner squats (10 each side) and 20 regular squats. Feeling the burn!

    Good morning! 60 done! Forward, step back and step aside squats. I am sure there are technical name for these but either way I did them. Have a great day!

    My first day today, 60 normal squats done with 2lb hand weights. Will mix it up with different types of squats tomorrow.

    :bigsmile: I did 60 plie squats while walking the dogs....it's a convenient way to be sure I do them but doesn't allow me to do them with hand weights......

    :flowerforyou: I walk 18.000 steps or more each day...today I worked in the yard for almost two hours and did 25 minutes of strength training while watching TV

    Did my 60 as part of my weight training today, just did more reps than the workout called for :smile:

    40 split squats each side
    20 regular
    all done with 10 lb. dumbbells

    I did my squats yesterday and did some today because I forgot to put this up yesterday. I was busy building a new chain link fence for my dog. I am so not used to that kind of work...ha ha ha.
