I've read everything except 'Cooked'. "Omnivores Dilemma" is one of my favs. I really like his style, and I trust him. There's a bunch who read him over on the "ETL" group, you might have more luck with responses with that group.

I need a new book!! I just read Cameron Diaz, The Body Book. It was pretty good, helped my motivation level, but I'm desperate for another read.
I'm not a fan of straight romance, and typically like "suspense" books, but honestly, being an English major, I'll read anything, as long as it comes highly recommended!
