I can attest to this. I lost about 12 pounds when I was tracking what I ate and then fell off the wagon.. the moment I stopped logging what I ate, I put on weight

I agree. When I was tracking on a consistent basis, I could lose or at least maintain. The accountability factor works best for me. Even though it can be tedious, it is worth it.0
