Broke my toe in Wal mart yesterday, I was in a hurry and speed walking kicked the cart wheel with flip flops on. So I'm having trouble walking right now.0 -

I'm at the point of RESTART. Was MIA for July, got on the scale Monday morning and was at my highest weight ever. My husband is also cutting back so that should help me some. My first goal is to get and STAY below the 200 mark!0 -

I changed my calorie goal (MFP recommended) to get down to 145, and again I'm sad to see the goal go down. Guess I have to do what I have to do to get what I need done, done. Thank goodness for exercise calories!0 -

I've been on a steady decline, which means a steady increase over the last month. It's time to shake it off and get refocussed. I injured myself this summer and haven't been able to exercise and I've used that as an excuse to make some really bad choices. ~80% of weight loss is diet. I know that, you know that, it's time to make this body move in the right direction.
