I forgot to post this yesterday!

How many of you are going to make the 15lb loss goal?

    I haven't posted an update since W3 but I'm still here plugging along...

    bam! i hit it! thank you so much for having this challenge!

    week 1: 180
    week 2: 179
    week 3: 180 - but had that salty meal the day before
    week 4: 174 - husband on vacation, a lot of activity, guessing i lost in week 3 and that gain was just from the sodium the last meal before the morning weigh in--weigh in's are truly on wednesdays. see how it all levels out this week...
    week 5: 173
    week 6: 172
    week 7: same 172
    week 8: 170
    week 9: 171 - yipes wrong way!
    week 10: 169 - much better...
    week 11: 168 = minus12 so far...hey i just might make the 15!
    week 12: 165 - yes sir! hit my 15! 15 more to go to goal! go me!

    Week12 259.6 Aparently, I'm trying to gain back to only 15 lost! Complete lack of discipline over the las couple of weeks.

    Week 7: Not setting foot on that scale this week during my experiment so we'll stick with 174.6
    Week 8: 173.8 Scale is finally moving again....yipee!
    Week 9: 172.8 Passed that 45lb lost mark!
    Week 10: 167.8 Woohoo, passed 50!
    Week 11: 167.8 no change :(
    Week 12: 166.6

    1.6 pounds to hit that 15!
