week 3: 180 - but had that salty meal the day before
week 4: 174 - husband on vacation, a lot of activity, guessing i lost in week 3 and that gain was just from the sodium the last meal before the morning weigh in--weigh in's are truly on wednesdays. see how it all levels out this week...
week 5: 173

week 8: 170
week 9: 171 - yipes wrong way!
week 10: 169 - much better...
week 11: 168 = minus12 so far...hey i just might make the 15!
