My favorite CLX move is now the Sumo Squatt! I have really big thighs and this is the only exercise where I really see my thighs slimming :happy:

Me too! love / hate them. I hate them but after i'm done I really feel it in my booty, so I know it's effective. And ya gotta love that! Lol

If you plan on doing PiYo I recommend trying to love tricep pushups.0

I just started a couple of weeks ago so only have the burn circuit moves to choose from but I love the bicep curl with abductor leg lift and love to hate tricep pushups and bowlers lunges!0

Haha..funny to say that, cause I love tricep pushups. But I can't stand (hate) crouching pushups with a passion. Lol

There are so many tricep pushups in PiYo it isn't funny. And if it's not a tricep pushup, it's a chatarunga....0

Definitely love-to-hate bowler's lunges.
I love pretty much all squats, especially standard squats deep and heavy, except for the ones with calf lifts.
I also LOVE the long arm pullover in Push 3- it was a brand new exercise for me. I've always loved a good chest fly, and I feel the long arm pullover even deeper.0 -
I love the sumo burpees. Way easier on the knees than the others.0
