    I got back on my bike today, but stayed away from the bike path. I thought I would take my chances with traffic and I wore my neon green shirt. No dogs for me today!

    I managed to get in 7.5 miles today. Nothing for yesterday as it was raining.

    Nothing today. My hind quarters are tender from not being used to the bike anymore, and my nephew (from my boyfriend's family) came into the world with a dramatic entrance today. :)

    Nothing today. My hind quarters are tender from not being used to the bike anymore, and my nephew (from my boyfriend's family) came into the world with a dramatic entrance today. :)

    What exciting news :-) Congrats! Always listen to your body. Have you tried using a foam roller? I use one almost every day

    Picked up my bike from the menders and rode the 8 miles home so finally got started, I've got a bit of catching up to do so will be out on my bike again tomorrow.
