NSV - lowest weight since college

Today, I weighed in at 192.5. That might not seem like much, but to me, it represents my lowest weight in 13 years, when I was a senior in college.
Truth be told, that old college weight was actually a temporary low that I did not sustain. I had been ill, and lost about 25 pounds in two months. I put it all back on by the end of the year. I actually weighed 195 in high school.
So, this is a new low for me. In a good way. Feels good

I too have "years" mapped out for my losses. I don't want to think how MANY I have mapped out, but there you go. ;-)
