Wednesday, Ayguts 6th - Daily Check in log, 75 Squats

Day 6: 75 squats

Water Wednesday! Make sure you drink at least half of your body weight in ounces each day :) So, if you weigh 160lbs - drink 80oz daily!

Please post below once you have done your squats and share with us your water intake goal for the day!

    Have done 75 squats and drank 8 glasses of water. Don't know what that is in oz but they are half pint glasses...

    :flowerforyou: I did 75 squats and some yoga stretches this morning while walking the dogs.....i don't drink water before the dog walk because we walk for over two hours.

    20 monkey squats
    20 abductor squats
    15 regular squats

    woohoo.....its only noon and ive already had 64 ounces of water.....will have another 64 during the course of the afternoon and early evening! (this is normal for me):bigsmile:

    75 squats completed along with 40 sit ups, 20 push ups, 2.5 mile run and 8 mile bike ride. I've drunk 8 half pint glasses of water already and will probably drink another 2 before bed time.
