Hi, I thought I wrote yesterday but didn't, I went to nia.
Feeling kind of queasy today and I work opening shift. So taking rest day from exercise.0 -

Yesterday was pretty unhealthy. After dinner I was upset so I did some emotional eating, about 900 calories worth. Sadly, it could have been much worse. I woke up this morning feeling gross (I also stayed up too late last night). My life story: Starting Over Yet Again…Again.
First thing this am I decided to prep healthy meals and snacks and I logged everything in MFP first. Tonight we’ll have spinach/cheese enchiladas I made on Sunday.0 -
I ended up taking a easy stroll (about 2 miles) around block. Feeling better...

900 calories isn't catastrophic by any means. Your spinach/cheese enchiladas sound great!
I got in a 5K run before work this morning, then walked 2.26 miles (about 3.6K) at lunch with a friend. Have my trainer after work tonight, so big activity day. I'm already over 16,000 steps today.0 -
Still sick. Did really good short home isometric workout Monday, but didnt feel like it today (was mostly in bed all day-stupid cold or whatevrr it is). Eating has been so-so...better than in US. Looking forward to getting rid of this cough.

I did an arms workout today. I couldn't even finish it. I spent a good majority of my time today looks at fitness websites, seeing what experts and gurus have to say on the subject. Scooby talks about the importance of cardio. That makes me feel good because that is my main focus. I just feel reaffirmed that I have a good plan so far. Maybe I am doing things in a healthy way.0

Today I was still sore from kettle bell, and I should have done another workout like scheduled, but didn't : (
I did go for a walk. I have downloaded app and I am borrowing audiobooks. I told myself that I couldn't listen unless I was exercising or cleaning! so I went for a walk about 3 miles and then caught myself wanting to listen more so I went for another walk. I think this may help my running motivation. I may have to do some free weights just to listen more!0
