So - how many homemade meals have you made? (If you joined in the challenge)
How far are you on your personal goals?
And more importantly, how is today going?

I'm doing very good on the homemade meals. I ate according to my goals yesterday, and I am going to mirror that same eating again today. My personal goals for focusing on more protein is also going very well. I will eat very light on Friday because i am going to a wedding that evening and yes I will eat some wedding cake. Same ole food for me because that's what was prepped this weekend....grilled chicken, grilled loins, green salad, whey protein.
Exercise: about to hit the gym right now. 5 AM cardio and heavy lift session focusing on arms and back.
Water: as always a gallon is my goal and since I start drinking early I will get it done.0 -
My major goal this week was to try to stop having a pudding every single day. So far I had one Monday and Wednesday, but missed Tuesday. Will be busy tonight, so hopefully wont get the sweet craving. All aimed to get 5 workouts done in the mornings before work, and have done 3 - missed this morning because my body was sore, but will do an extra at the weekend to make up for it. I still cycled to work.I have made simple homemade meals for myself and partner every night.
I am aiming to get 4.5ltrs water a day and so far have hit that goal or exceeded it every day

So the challenge was to cook 4 homemade meals right? If that's it, then I've met the goal and even passed it.
Sunday we had made chicken burgers so I took that for lunch on Monday, and for dinner we had boneless, skinless chicken thighs with rice and green beans. Tuesday I made turkey taco salad for lunch, grilled cheese for dinner. Wednesday I made turkey tostadas for lunch, and ate another turkey taco salad (soooo good!). Last night, I made my lunch for today which is tilapia, rice and corn (and I even made some for my other half, with portions). Tonight, I'm going to be eating a salad and find something yummy to go with it.
So far today, I'm doing ok. Can't complain, nor do I want to. Just in a blah mood, but I'm sure it'll change as I wake up more and finish with my tracking.

Today is going well for me. I tried one of Amy's breakfast burrito's for breakfast, it was pretty yummy. I also had blueberries with it and a cup of coffee with cream.
It's picnic day at work, so it sounds like I will be eating food at the picnic. I heard it was italian beef and pulled pork.
I plan on doing yoga tonight and walking the dog. Water wise, I got one bottle down and working on #2. I had two homemade meals so far. I usually do better, but it's been a weird week with my daughter just getting back from her trip.

I'm supposed to be making salad with all of our meals (at least 4 times for the challenge) but i only made salad once.
I'm almost complete with my personal goal of going to the gym 3 days this week, I already went twice. I plan on going two more times. I'm still slacking on yoga. For some reason I just don't make the time for it and I should. I'm also forgetting to log food and exercise some days, I really need to work on being more consistent with that.
Today and tomorrow are going to be really hard. I have a viewing today and then the funeral tomorrow. It's been a very emotional week and the next two days are going to be the hardest.

I like reading everyone's posts and updates.
Today's been a rough day. Nearly had a major injury incident at work with acid. It still was a major incident but the person wasn't hurt cause he was wearing the right protective equipment. (So thankful - so lucky).
I ate yesterday's lunch today. I'll be a bit MIA this weekend depending on signal as I have a family reunion that I'm driving to tomorrow and a wedding Saturday.
I have made 2 homemade meals - one dinner, one breakfast. It might be tricky to make 2 more with traveling but not giving up on that goal yet!
Water hasn't been as good as it should be. The more brain dead I become the less I want to drink.
Tracking - I back tracked, which isn't as helpful to me, but I'm all caught up now, so that counts, right? lol

Today was good! I got 10,370 steps, 40 mins yoga, 70 oz water, and a home cooked meal for dinner! Hopefully I can sleep tonight, I've been struggling this week since switching shifts over the weekend. Goodnight!0
