    Got 2 miles in today with Leslie Sansone. Pouring rain here all day, so used her online video to "walk at home" and get the miles in. Uses upper body too, so it's a little better burn :-)



    I love Leslie Sansone! So glad someone else mentioned walking with her!

    My plan the last couple months has been to walk/jog 3 days a week (working up to jogging a 5k) and to use a LS video on my non-jogging days.

    I'm down to try this! I'm actually in a competition with my work to log in 500 minutes of physical activity between August 4th to the 24th and since I'm a normal walker (3 miles per hour) it should be easy to reach. I used to walk 3-5 miles 5 days a week and it made me lose a lot of weight. I went from 312lbs in August 2011 to 244lbs sometime in 2012 don't remember the month but a lot of the weight came off by walking and eating right. I got into a toxi relationship which made me lose focus and I shot up to 285-290lbs again. I am back to my old workout mindset and have been getting back into form again. Good luck to all!

    3 miles yesterday and 3 today for the total of 21 with 29 to go. I need to put as much as I can in first two weeks since I am starting school on 18th.

    I'm a little late to the challenge but I'll join in! I have a personal goal of 60 miles this month but I tend to get lazy without accountability. I'm at 13.58 as of last night(:

    I'm in! I just started tracking my walks a few days ago and I'm at 7.37 for the month. Looks like I have some catching up to do if I want to hit 50!
