I think my August goals are simple enough.
*Get my eating under control. I like to eat out a lot and I'm pretty sure that my progress would be greater if it wasn't for that.
*Continue the program 3x per week despite my upcoming job/schedule change.
*Get in some cardio at least 5x per week, 15-30 mins daily would be ideal.0 -
My August goal is to wade through all this information and start Stronglifts 5x5! For so long I've wanted to be confident enough to strength train without a personal trainer. This is the month I do it! Right now I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with all the terminology and abbreviations, but I'm going to push through and get busy reaching my fitness goals!
