Convict Conditioning - exercise program

A friend recommended this bodyweight exercise program to me - no gyms, no weights, no machines - you use your body weight in well-described exercises that start off at an easy level and that progress to more difficult forms of the exercise. The writing is apparently very hokey, but the exercises are effective. Also, it is supposed to have a therapeutic, strengthening effect on your joints.
