Today wraps up Week 1! Pat yourself on the back for your efforts thus far :-)
You have until midnight to get your last miles in for this week.
I woke up bright and early to get some miles in before my long car ride back to MA
. So, 8 miles for me today, making my total for the week 60.5!! Crazines. I'll be taking the next couple days off to unpack and then I have an obstacle course race on Saturday. I'll be riding again Monday.

Crazy how those totals add up. I'm waiting for the fog to rise before heading out. I had much to close of a call the other day. Safety first and I want to be as visible as possible! Congrats on your mileage for the week!!0

I completed 7 miles, not as much as I had hope to do but at least it is something0

My first week pretty much sucked! The mud run on Saturday really messed my knee up-they were already a problem. I hooked my foot on some rope while jumping over a bail and must have twisted it or something.
Only rode 30.34 miles for the week :grumble:0 -

No weight change but am getting back into the swing of working out after a 3 week break for vacation (vacation was only 10 days but I was majorly jet lagged - I'm the excuse queen). I biked 22 miles and went to the gym. My goal next week is to get more serious about my diet.0

Don't poo poo your effort. That's 12.5 miles that a bunch of other slugs watching TV on their fat behinds didn't do.(I was one of those slugs not too long ago. lol)

My total for week 1 (I know I am a little late) was 32.8 miles. It was a only two rides. At this pace, I should be able to make my 100 miles. But, 150 is a stretch. Still going to shoot for it. I haven't ridden, yet, this week. I plan on doing my first ride for this week today.0
