Day 10, 105 Squats

I don't know why the squat threads have stopped so putting them up so I can keep a record. Feel free to add your squats as well.

Day 10, 105 squats completed :-) aching a bit today :-)

    i guess im behind a day.....rest day friday, did 90 sat...now we are at 105??!!


    nevermnd.........just read the chart......gotta do some more i guess......ooouuuccccch....hahahah!!!!!!

    Google squat challenge and chart comes up. After last rest day we have to add an extra 20. So 80, rest day, then start at 100 etc. Every 3 days squats then a rest day:-)

    got my 105 in.....plus did 10 extra due to my only 90 yesterday.....HAHA!!
    oh yes, i am starting to feel this!!

    and when you go to community, then groups, then click on ours, the chart comes up as the groups profile picture!! :bigsmile:

    Got mine in too, thought maybe my computer was not seeing the threads. I've been having some issues with it. Thanks for checking in.
    105 in today :) Orientation for a new job, going to push through squats in the early morning so my legs stay loose during the day.
