I still don't feel good, but I dragged my *kitten* to the gym. I only did 35 minutes of cardio, and just from sweating in that small amount of time my sinuses already feel like it's clearing up. I can actually breathe through my nose and smell.
Exercise: 35 minutes of cardio, some core work and deep stretching
Water: I'm almost done with a half of my gallon jug...this means it will be a good day
Food: salmon, brown rice, chicken vegetable soup, whey protein in between, red grapes, gum, BCAAs after workout, coffee0 -
Exercise: Would've gone for a jog this morning, but rain was in the forecast. So probably won't be doing anything active today.
Food: Having a smoothie for breakfast, can't wait! And going to bake bread for dinner, first time, so hopefully that turns out well.
And, my "gain" from this weekend seems to be coming off. I wasn't worried about it, but always reassuring to see the numbers falling again.0 -
Trying to get my momentum back from this weekend(had family over and I pretty much went over all weekend).
Missed the gym this morning but I am going for a walk this evening and I got a new DVD for kettle bell training so if I can get the motivation for it I want to do that.
Planned the day for food so far so good(making stuffed peppers for dinner).
Trying to get the full water this week I had so little over the weekend that I gave myself a migraine from dehydration.

Woke up with a huge headache this morning. I'm glad I'm going into work late today. I'm taking the kiddos (Elijah will be in 2nd grade and Diamond is starting kindergarten) to meet their teachers today and they are super excited. I'm starting to get a little sad about Diamond already being in kindergarten. She's my baaaaaaby. *sigh* They gotta grow up tho..
I'll get my 10 glasses of water in today.
I haven't planned any of my meals today since I have a busy morning ahead of me! I know, excuses excuses. And I totally stuffed my face with a doughnut, but it was sooooo good, but I promise y'all and most importantly, I promise myself I'll stay within my caloric budget.
I haven't been exercising like I should be. Not even the slightest bit. It's only up to me to do something about that...0 -
I worked out 35 mins in the morning. Busy day at work too.
Drank plenty of water. Had a small cup of strawberry icecream today. Since i'm doing IF today, not beating too much about it.
Work drained me out today and left me with a headache. So not working out in the evening.0 -

Killed it today! I was feeling so lazy after school, dreading all the homework I have, but still managed to drag my butt to the gym and knock out a good 45 minute workout. According to my hr monitor I burned 500 ccalories on a workout I didn't even want to do! Not bad!
Food: I ate a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast, i brought a sandwich and banana from home for my lunch and I haven't decided on dinner yet. I'm hungry now though, so i'm going to have some watermelon since dinner is still 2 hours away.
Water: as usual I just down water all day long. I have to have a glass of ice cold water next to me at all times.
Great day today! Now I'm off to bury myself in text books. Keep up the good work everyone:flowerforyou:0 -
Minutes of activity: 120. Time seated: Probably 7 hours...
Exercise- Work again. Climbed 10ft twice
Water- severely lacking.
Food -
Breakfast: 1 egg, egg white, and bacon plus 1/2 dose gnc multi-vitamin.
Lunch: 1 taco, fiber one bar
Junk: bloody Mary, michelob ultra (did any one know it has 14% of our calcium holy cow!!)
Dinner- pizza and garlic bread stick.
Today was stressful. Bahhhhhh0 -
Busy day for me...
Breakfast: one scoop of cafeteria eggs, 2 bacon and grapefruit
Lunch: one pouch of tuna mixed with scoop of mayo, onion, celery and lime juice on sandwich thin, and a bag of skinny pop popcorn
Snack: trail mix
Dinner: homemade burger with jalapeño cheese, mayo, ketchup, mustard, on sandwich thin with corn on cob and two pickles
Looking at my diary, I'm way under calories for the day so I may still have a snack.
Got my run in, and getting ready to hit the yoga mat
Water: 72 oz so far
Funny thing... I wasn't thinking about food. I'm starting to have a schedule that is working for me so my body knows when to eat.

First official day back to work and I came home at 4 and slept until 7. And all I did was sit through a meeting all morning, grab lunch (don't ask!) and sat all afternoon. Tell me again why teachers think kids should be able to do this????
I came in under calories because I was too tired to fix dinner, but I didn't get nearly enough water or nearly enough movement.
Tomorrow I work in my room all day, so that should help. I hope!0
