I joined this group about 3 weeks ago, and everyone has been SO super supportive, and there are quite a few very active people- thanks all for taking time out of YOUR day to encourage ME!

Really pleased to read this... Just joined myself! I read Primal Blueprint and was 100% sold (the organic stuff I was already doing anyway so I'm just adjusting my macronutrients ratios really) but I've been scared to post on the main forums. Found this group and was hoping for the best!0

This is by far the best group on MFP. Lots of support and no question is too "silly" to be asked and answered. I belong to a few other groups, but this is the board I read the most when I have a few minutes.
