....oops, the strap broke.

Of course, they won't fix it. I can only send it in and get a refund.

Sigh. I REALLY LIKE MY FORCE.

Really? My strap broke a few weeks ago and Fitbit customer service had a completely free and new wristband out to me in less than a week. Their customer service is definitely top notch.

I lost my Force. It fell off and I got a Flex from Fitbit as a free replacement. I do not like it at all. I miss my digital display.

But I am hearing rumors that a new Force will be coming out in the Fall. (crosses fingers)

A new Force would be great news. I don't want the Flex, but my Fitbit has helped me SO MUCH with this process I don't want to be without one either.

Did it break....or just come loose the display unit. My strap came loose from the display unit and I just used a drop or two of super glue to reattach it....because I agree, I was not giving up my Force.

eta: at least not until they come out with a new one

The strap detached from the display unit. It is great to hear that super glue might work on this...I've wondered if that was safe to do. (I'm supposing it had to have been connected *some* way before...)

It has happened twice to me, once from one side and then from the other. Both times I glued it back and kept going. No negative issues. Should do the trick for you.

So far the Krazy Glue is holding! Yay! Dance of Fitbit joy! (I've only used Gorilla Glue in the past, and that stuff...is useless. At least, it has been every time I've used it.)
