Full body Weight Training

Options
Does anyone have any advice or a full body weighht training that they would like to share? Right now I have been doing cardio at the gym but I am too intimidated by all the machines to use the machines. Help would be much appreciated in terms of how you got started at the gym, best excersises for beginners, etc.

My friends and I have dabbled in some of the workouts that are provided in the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body guide. The workouts are circuits that only really require a pair of dumbbells and a bench or two. Most of the workouts can be done in a park or some other non-gym location. The workouts focus on legs, arms, abs, and they can be paced as fast as you want so it can be pretty cardio intensive as well. Even though I don't really follow the schedule she suggests (with high intensity interval training and other components), I've found the workouts really challenging and I'm thinking about showing them to my college swim coach as a suggestion for dry land! Worth it to check it out!
