Costume Ideas?
Just wondering if anyone else was constantly changing their minds about what to be this year. I was debating the yellow power ranger, but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to do the jump suit yet. Thought it might be a fun thread that people could post costumes that they might consider. Might give the rest of us some ideas. :)

Full body Weight Training
Does anyone have any advice or a full body weighht training that they would like to share? Right now I have been doing cardio at the gym but I am too intimidated by all the machines to use the machines. Help would be much appreciated in terms of how you got started at the gym, best excersises for beginners, etc.
