Instructions for the spreadsheet

Hi everyone! Welcome again to the Ho Ho Ho Challange! Mulecanter has graciously agreed to co-moderate with me.
Here are the instructions to enter your weight details each week.
Please read all of the instructions very carefully!
You will find the spreadsheet located here

This first image tells how to enter your starting weight, challenge goal weight, starting bmi and ending bmi if those areas are blank for you.
If your name is not on the sheet let me know in this thread and I will add you.
Please don't add yourself as it will mess up some complex formulas.
Please enter your weight in pounds only. There are converters online if you need to convert from kilos to pounds.
If you don't know what your BMI is, there are free calculators online to use. Just google BMI calculator.
Please note the only time you need to enter anything on this first page is if your details are blank. This is only done one time.
After that, you will click on the bottom of the page for the month you are entering and enter your weight there.
This next image shows you where to enter your weekly weight
Click on the tab at the bottom that says August and it will take you to the sheet in this image. Follow the directions and you will be all set. Weigh in is every Friday
If you have any questions please put it in this thread. If there is an error in your details, please put it in this thread only

Thanks for the instructions, it's really not that complicated. I just realized that I'm in the spreadsheet twice, at number 19 and 57 . Should I just fill in both lines or leave one blank? Or could you delete one of them (if that wouldn't create a big mess of things)?0 -

Great instructions with visual aids no less!! Amazing how our challenges have gotten more professional in each succeeding version--it all started with Mommahix!
Somebody needs to calculate shopping days until the challenge end--planning ahead you must buy something slinky to wear for your significant other (or your peeping Tom neighbor if need be)--goals are important.0 -

Hi. I hope I'm not too late for this challenge. If I'm not, may you add me to the list? Also, I do not know if you need my stats, but just in case, here they are:
Weight on 8/3/14: 191.2 lbs
Starting Weight / Weight on 8/8/14: 192.2 lbs
Starting BMI: 31
Goal Weight: 162.2 lbs
Goal BMI: 26.2
Goal Loss: 30 lbs
BMI Change: 4.80 -

Good morning!!! Mspoopoo, thank you for adding me!!! I entered my SW, GW, BMI, no problem. When I entered my weight for today it didn't show the percentage lost. Do I have to click on somewhere else to save it, I just didn't want to mess with the spreadsheet. I just thought it would calculate it automatically. Thanks! :flowerforyou:0

I tried to enter in my weight for Fridays weigh in but it would not allow me. I wasn't able to on Friday because there was a whole lot of stuff going on in my little town. That my mind was else were, is there any way I can enter it now or do I just continue and weigh in this coming Friday?0
