    I lost 80 lbs a couple years ago thanks to r/keto, then gradually stopped. Now, I'm back and ready to lose the remaining 60 lbs I need to lose to hit my target weight.

    Gastric bypass 11 years ago. Suffered an acute pancreatic attack which blew out my enzyme levels. Re-establishing keto seems to bypass the issue. Dipped my toes in the water a few times, am putting a lot more effort into it this time.
