Hi Everyone 
I just heard about this group and wanted to become a part of it. I just passed my 6 month clearance & I will be having surgery in October or November. I prefer to have VSG but the decision will be made when I meet with the surgeon in the coming weeks.
It's great to have a page here for Canadians.
We hear so much about different products our American friends use and not all of them are available here.
It's great to network with and share menu ideas so we can learn of food products available in our country.
I am considering ordering Synxtrax Nectar from Low Carb Canada or Low Carb Grocery. Those two cites carry a variety of low carb products with a huge assortment of products from protein bars and shakes to low carb breads, wraps, pasta, PB2, Quest bars etc. I could spend hours on there.
Anyway, just thought I would drop by and introduce myself. I'm in Winnipeg.
