I just got my first steel competition-style KB in the mail yesterday! Suddenly all the exercises that just never felt completely right are making perfect sense to me now. I wish I'd discovered these existed years ago!

    What, are you joking? Everyone knows that feeling. And, depending on what weight you purchased, it's also fun to watch the UPS guy lug it up the walkway to your door. :)

    I loved the looks I got when I took public transit to pick up my 20kg classic bell. I think I attract less attention when I walk my Great Dane.
