Day 19 - 160 Squats!

How far have you come? Be proud of every little accomplishment – no matter how small. You’ve earned it!

    160 squats done
    80 sumo squats,40 sumo pulse, 30 plie,10 jumping squats.
    Am seeing some improvement in my thighs and knees. Thanks for the challenge.

    phew...i did it!
    20 sumo, 20 sumo pulse
    40 regular, 40 abductor
    20 monkey squats, 20 back split leg squats (10 each side!)

    i think my knees are getting stronger!!!!! and i see some definition in my thighs........pretty sure.......haha!!!

    160 squats done, added them to my weight training today before going for a 3 mile run. Now its time for a much needed shower :smile:

    Ughhh im a day late. My baby was up all nite constipated. So 155 squats completed for me. The rest day coming up i will be doing squats to get back on schedule.

    And BTW i hope the new challenge for September will be an ab challenge:happy:
