80 sumo squats,40 sumo pulse, 30 plie,10 jumping squats.
Am seeing some improvement in my thighs and knees. Thanks for the challenge.0 -

i think my knees are getting stronger!!!!! and i see some definition in my thighs........pretty sure.......haha!!!0 -

160 squats done, added them to my weight training today before going for a 3 mile run. Now its time for a much needed shower0

Ughhh im a day late. My baby was up all nite constipated. So 155 squats completed for me. The rest day coming up i will be doing squats to get back on schedule.
And BTW i hope the new challenge for September will be an ab challenge:happy:0
