My second child is due in a couple of weeks, and I'd like to do some sort of compression afterward. I'm overwhelmed by the variety and price of some of these bands! I've heard the Gold's Gym belts at Walmart are just as effective... but I don't want to sacrifice effectiveness. Any advice from Mommy's who have tried? What did you use and would you recommend?
